In this keynote, I share my story on how looking for places of discomfort are helping me to grow. While exploring remote locations with nothing but my running shoes, body and mind, I gradually discovered my path to happiness and reason for being. Out of this, I started Built For Endurance, to help leaders connect with their true nature, so they can consciously grow and explore their untapped potential.

Cold water therapy has been becoming increasingly popular over the last years. Cold showers have the ability to improve physical and mental well-being and reduce sick leave with 30%.
